At the moment 41K9 is only hiring part time, 15-20 hours per week. As we grow we intend to hire more and expand hours.
Front Desk Staff will be responsible for learning our Daycare and Boarding software, operating the phones & handling incoming calls, welcoming & checking in / out boarders and daycare guests, handling POS and general care of the lobby area. All staff will undergo dog behavior education and learn how to monitor & supervise a dog pack.
The Front Desk Staff will be a welcoming and warm presence for guests who enter the lobby, much like a host/hostess. Front Desk Staff will primarily remain at the front desk inside the lobby, however this Staff must be comfortable entering and navigating the daycare and boarding spaces. This Staff also must be able to handle all dog sizes on a leash should the need arise.
Daycare and Boarding Staff will be responsible for monitoring the pack inside the daycare, caring for boarding guests as well as leashing and bringing dogs to & from the lobby out into the daycare and boarding areas when they check in / out. All staff will undergo dog behavior education and learn how to monitor & supervise a dog pack.
These Staff are responsible for overall care and supervision of the guests. Daycare and Boarding Staff will learn processes for, room preparation, cleaning, feeding and other duties. These duties will include washing dogs, maintenance of the daycare spaces such as cleaning and handling dog waste, as well as provide a fun & safe space for our guests. Every day the entire building and all facilities will be cleaned by this Staff.
We have an emphasis on providing safe and clean facilities to best serve our canine friends! All staff should embody this mindset and be able to handle dogs of all sizes including Giant Breeds. Must posses extreme patience with large packs of dogs in daycare and boarding environment. Staff will be entering dog boarding rooms and may even be handling dogs with bad temperaments who may be boarding but not participating in daycare.
